About TL Golf Services

TL Golf Services was founded in 1998 for the express purpose of providing a networking and communication vehicle for clients within the golf industry.

Representing Golf Leaders in TV, Radio & Print

TL Golf Services represents the undisputed leaders in the three golf media categories in the region – the Inside Golf television show, the GolfTalk Live radio show and GolfStyles magazine. All three entities have won national awards for excellence in their particular fields.

Inside Golf is in its 13th year on the air on Comcast SportsNet in Philadelphia and has been recognized as the leading golf and lifestyle television show in the Mid-Atlantic region. The magazine-style television show is hosted by Harry Donahue and airs four times a week, plus is available any time through Comcast On Demand.

GolfTalk Live will begin its fifth year on the air in March, on WNTP 990-AM in Philadelphia. The show, hosted by Tony Leodora, also can be heard anywhere and any time on www.golftalklive.net. It was voted the No. 1 Golf Radio Show in America by the International Network of Golf in 2008.

GolfStyles has been published in Philadelphia for five years and in Washington for 15 years. Known for its unique views and edgy style, the magazine presents stories, essays and opinion columns from some of the best golf writers in the country.

Tony Leodora, President

Tony Leodora has had a well-rounded 30-year career in the media. Tony has been:

• Associate Publisher and Editor of GolfStyles Philadelphia Magazine
• Award-winning writer,
• Sports editor of a daily newspaper,
• Editor of two national golf magazines
• Veteran of both radio and television.

Tony's knowledge of golf is recognized nationally as evidenced by his selection to the International Network of Golf Advisory Board, Golf Writers Association of America Championship Committee and Golfweek's Top 100 ratings panel.

Warren Schmidt, Sales Manager

Warren Schmidt, a sales veteran in the golf industry for 15 years, was named sales manager for TL Golf Services in January 2010.

Schmidt, who worked part time for TL Golf Services during 2009, completes the construction of the most comprehensive golf media company in the region.

“Warren is the consummate professional,” said Tony Leodora, president of TL Golf Services. “I have worked with him for a number of years and the overall welfare of his clients has always been his primary concern.”

Previously, Schmidt also worked in golf sales for Philadelphia Golfer and Philadelphia Golf Magazine. During 2009 he helped with sponsor sales for GolfTalk Live.
